Container Weight Declaration (CWD) Form

As of the 29th of September 2008, new laws relating to “Chain of Responsibility” commence. One of the requirements will be to complete a Container Weight Declaration Form (CWD).

Please Note:
Deluxe Freight Systems will accept CWD's in alternative formats, however, mandatory elements include:

• Container Number
• Consignor / Sender Details
• Consignor / Receiver Details
• Commodity
• Container & Contents Gross Weight
• Full Name and Signature of Person Making Declaration
• Date of Declaration.
