Deluxe Freight Systems will be celebrating 25 year in 2008.

In 1983 Daryl Luxton resigned from Ampol Refinery to start his own business. With a small payout in hand he purchased his first vehicle.

An 8 tonne TK Bedford.

Deluxe Transit was born. Daryl and Lyla started their small business from home. They saw an opportunity in the market for a business to offer personal service to customers.

Carried commodities started with regular runs of timber into Northern NSW, then moved on the air conditioning ducting in the mid – late 80’s. Early 90’s saw the commencement of metropolitan aluminium runs.
Word of the personal attention and service spread along with the customer base.

1993 saw the commencement of regular services to North Queensland

Deluxe Freight Systems now conduct (company owned fleet) services across Queensland, Northern Territory and Northern New South Wales, with a partner network that stretches across Australia.

By purposely limiting the number of customers we offer services to we were able to focus on customers core business. Designing trucks and services to create a more efficient supply chain.

Deluxe Freight Systems has grown to include:
